You can see on our site pictures of years gone by , this year we aim to take photos to take you deeper into the world of the Gypsy horse and the people that own them , we will cover the best examples of the breed , we will also share with you stories from the fair .

At Gypsy MVP we only bring back what we think are the very best , Gypsy Warlock is one such horse .

It was during one of Doug Kneis visits to Appleby we found him , Doug had been waiting in a long line for his lunch , traditional Fish and Chips , he was almost getting service after a wait or around 20 mins by this time we were very hungry and very hot , i had gone outside for some air when i saw the crowds on the road part , this was my first glimpse of Gypsy Warlock , he was been driven , feathers flying , long mane flowing about his tiny pony head , that was it !!! i ran into the Fish and Chip shop as Doug was just about to be handed his long awaited for food , i almost dragged him out telling him he had to buy this one !!! , i think he thought i had gone mad as what i was telling him to buy was hard to see .

Within seconds of Warlock stopping people crouded around him , this is where the bidding starts , you have to be brave and get in quick , after much hand slapping he was a Gypsy MVP horse .

As cash was asked for Doug then had to go to every Bank in Appleby to get the money , each one had a limit for the day, it was a real pain but oh so worth it !! .

Warlock then came to spend time with me in the UK , he had wonderfull conformation , we wanted to make sure he was also the perfect gent , if we said a grandmother could ride him with four kids behind her , this is what he had to be, come the time it was so very hard to part with him as it is with them all .

Warlock went to NY to a Millionaires Auction and sold for what we think ? might have been the highest sold in the USA , he made the Bloomberg News.

His owners have decided to part with him , so he is back in the ownership of GYPSY MVP, i am going to be honest , if i could bring him back to the UK i would .

If you are seriously looking for a good stallion , and a family friend , go and see him on Gypsy MVP , i have just received photos of one of his sons , he is his fathers son , i cant recomend this horse enough . Anne
